I bought this as a gift for a friend who has just lost her partner, she loved it so that is what counts. That being said, the quality of this product is outstanding and I just hope she can now look at this and take comfort knowing that her partner is not gone, he is blooming the other side of the wall.

Very speedy and efficient service from point of order to delivery with excellent end product. Not cheap, but certainly worth the expense.

Although there was a warning that the image I had used for my plaque was not suitable, I continued anyway and am pleased to say that it has turned out amazing so thank you for that.
I do think the cost of the frames are on the expensive side and I wanted to change my order to just receiving the scroll but was not able to do this. Never mind, it does look great.

Excellent communication and a brilliant web GUI. I haven't taken the word art frame out of its bubble wrap yet, because it is a gift for a colleague and I want to leave it preserved - but as far as I can tell, it is in good condition!

Although I did find this to be a little on the pricey side, I can't fault the quality of the product or the service (fast delivery and they kept me up to date with the order progress).

Easy ordering process, Speedy delivery, well packaged mailing and good quality product. Slight issue in the fact that the frame is slightly bowed, it should flatten in a day or so I hope.
